Try to speed up the response time of the website

    Trying to update our information before expiry of accreditation is currently impossible. The waiting times whilst navigating the site are unacceptable. When categories have been completed & are indicated as ready for submission, when returning to the categories in order to do so, they remain Red & indicate that updates are still required??

    There are constant Server error messages too.

    How ironic that as a Supplier, we have to provide swathes of information & documentation to substantiate the credibility of our organisation & the service it provides, yet the very body which provides the accreditation is obviously unable to provide a working platform which is fit for purpose!

    It's about time Constructionline took at leaf out of their customers book & justified their procedures & protocols for providing a working portal that does the job theircustomers are paying handsomely for!

    One has to wonder if it is all worth it? We have not yet encountered any Clients who have made use of the "wonderful" PAS91 system & are still completing numerous individual PQQ's for clients year on year.

    The system has been slow since inception. The system update over the weekend of 19/20th October to accommodate the Common Assessment Standard has failed and it is impossible to use the system at present in any meaningful way.

    It's the 23rd October 2019 and the speed of the website is still atrocious. The "Status: Calculating" has been 'spinning' around for over 5 minutes and has still not changed to Awaiting Verification. I even spoke to a Constructionline customer service agent yesterday and she even said her system was slow and then it through her out and she had to login again.
