When Constructionline change level from Gold to Silver, the information required is not clear. When information is uploaded it days many days to return to Gold.
In addition the Constructionline person reviewing the new information may find other new questions, returning the user back to silver. This can start an endless cycle of Gold to Silver and every time its someone new reviewing the information.
Constructionline should assign one person to the customer reviews, when we submit answers they should be no need to review other questions, which have passed previously.
The answer would be, to keep the current status i.e gold, allowing an update period of say 2-3 week to alow any new or changed questions to be updated... as it was at gold status prior

All in all Constructionline haven't covered themselves with glory during this episode. Their communications all seem to put the onus on the member to find out by constantly checking the site, when you can get on. Telling us to log on out of hours is also a bit of a cheek. They just need to get the system fixed.

I totally agree, we received a letter from one of our key clients telling us we weren't an approved supplier anymore because we had dropped from Gold to Silver whilst we were waiting for someone to review our information!

I agree - I dont like the downgrade in levels because of new uploaded information/docs such as insurance documents.
