Improve the speed of 'submit' buttons becoming available

The submit buttons remain unavailable (greyed out) for a period of time after the section has been updated. This can be up to several minutes. This means you can either forget to submit or end up phoning the helpline etc. I'm not sure why there would be such a delay but surely this could be improved?

    Good day Tom. As of today 22 Nov 2019 I can report that the web site is indeed working quicker than before. But the time it has taken to get verification on some sections has been so long some of our policies went out of date. So I have now had to add the new ones and re-submit.  I would have done this anyway but was unable and unwilling while the system was being changed. Hopefully in the next few days we will be approved to the Gold standard that we should be. Regards George

    Thank you all for your suggestion and comments. Significant improvements have been made to this area, it would be good to get your feedback on this.

    In this day and age of quick tech, it's remarkable that the Constructionline site has such long delays. As the statement says it can take several minutes, which isn't just clients being impatient it simply far to long.
