when an update or error needs sorting within a particular section the constructionline team often post a message. these messages are nearly always hard to follow and the format of where they appear doesn't help.
Id suggest a messaging section to make things easier to follow.
So so infuriating. We have been unable to become "verified" for some weeks now- the generic responses are very unclear and confusing, the time to receive a reply is lengthy and there are absolutely portal issues - drop down menus not correct causing information to be submitted incorrectly. Very, very painful!!

Thanks for your comments. We are currently looking at the way error messages are shown with a view to making them clearer and improve clarity. We will provide an update on this issue once we have further information.
